Booking, coverage, and what happens after the celebration—all in one place. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

How do we secure our date?

We’ll send you an agreement to review and sign, along with an invoice for a 50% deposit. The deposit is due when you sign and confirms your booking.

For some smaller events, such as engagement parties, the deposit may be 70%. We’ll confirm the amount in your proposal and agreement.

When is the final payment due?

Your final payment is due when we deliver your photos and videos. We do not offer refunds.

How long does delivery take?

Wedding films take up to nine months to deliver. Photography takes up to three months.

We do all editing in-house with our small team; nothing is sent overseas. We take the time to give your final films and photographs the care they deserve.

For multi-day film collections, the next-day edit is typically created for screening at the reception. This is separate from the final long-form film delivery.

Do you charge travel fees?

We do not charge a travel fee for events within Vancouver’s Lower Mainland.

Travel and accommodation costs are charged for destinations outside of the Lower Mainland and discussed in your proposal.

We spend our falls/winters in Mexico and we often waive travel fees for celebrations in Quintana Roo, Mexico.We’ll discuss these with you when preparing your proposal.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes—we offer engagement videography and photography. A session is a lovely way for us to get to know each other and for you to become comfortable with us before the big day.

A one-hour photography pre-shoot is $300. Ask us about engagement videography when you inquire.

How much is photography?

Photography is $200 per hour. A one-hour photography pre-shoot is $300.

What are your wedding film collections?

Half-day: $3,000. Up to eight hours of coverage, with a ceremony edit and highlight film.

Full-day: $4,800. Up to twelve hours of coverage, with a ceremony edit and highlight film.

Multi-day: $8,000. Up to thirty hours of coverage, including pre-shoots. Deliverables include long-form edits of each event and a next-day edit, typically for screening at the reception.

What if we need to reschedule or cancel?

We’ll do our best to accommodate a change of date, depending on our availability. Please contact us as soon as your plans change.

We do not offer refunds for rescheduling or cancellation.

We’re camera shy. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Working with us should feel like working with a friend: relaxed, easygoing, and comfortable. We’ll guide you when helpful and give you space to enjoy the moment.
